How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually require about 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.

All our items at Cowdorable.com are created and printed on demand, specifically for each order. In other words, we don’t keep pre-made products in stock. This approach allows us to cater to your preferences without the need for personalization.

Once shipped, orders within the USA typically take 1-4 business days to arrive. For orders going to Canada, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner for a special event or as a gift, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we’ll make every effort to ensure it arrives on time.

Important Note:

Please double-check the accuracy of your order details when placing it since personalized items cannot be modified 24 hours after ordering.

How can I track my order?

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us promptly. We guarantee to send you a replacement. However, since the damage occurred during transit, we are unable to fulfill any refund requests, as this falls under UPS’s responsibility.
